Age is calculated as the first of the current calendar year. Each dancer will be issued a wristband that reflects their assigned room for class and gives them access to that room only. Studio directors are more than welcome to move dancers to a different level for the convention.
Dancers that dance down in level must still audition in their originally assigned age level.
Refunds are not available under any circumstances unless PHNX cancels an event due to COVID or for any other reason. Credit equal to convention fees paid will be issued towards a future event for up to one year if a dancer is unable to participate. All credits will be issued back to the studio account.

Studio owners and teachers of attending studios are free to observe classes. Upon registration, studio staff must list their teacher observers. Upon arrival, those observer bands will be provided in the studio bag at the check-in desk.
Parents of registered dancers are allowed into the convention classes if they have purchased an observer band (unless with a mini, which is included.) All observers must be attending with paid dancers only.
Observer bands are available for purchase in the registration portal and may be available onsite at PHNX.
Observers must make sure PHNX observer bands are visible for the staff at all times during the classes. Observers must sit and keep all belongings against the walls to provide the maximum amount of space for the dancers.
PHNX reservers the right to ask any observer to leave they room if they become a distraction to the dancers or faculty.

The host hotel, facilities, and PHNX are not responsible for any lost personal items or injuries.
If a PHNX attendee is in need of first aid, please see a phnx team member.
Please make sure all personal items are against the perimeter of the dance space, under the chairs, at all times to avoid injury and leave the most possible space to dance.
Any dancer under the age of eighteen must be accompanied by an adult.
